A world-unique undersea pedestrian tunnel crossing the rushing Kanmon Strait at a depth of 58 meters below sea level. Stretching 780 meters between Shimonoseki (Honshu) and Mojiko (Kyushu), walkers can straddle the painted prefecture boundary line separating Yamaguchi and Fukuoka directly under the sea.
